Ms. Luo is the Section Chief of the Processing Trade Division for the Shenzhen Bureau of Trade and Industry (SZBTI) and currently is an exchange trainee at NAROS.  With more than 4 years experience in government public service, Ms. Luo specializes in information management in processing trade and has an extensive knowledge of the foreign trade policy in China

Prior to SZBTI, Ms. Luo served as an electronic engineer for KONKA Group, a major TV set and cellular phone manufacturer in China.  Ms. Luo was also a teacher for 5 years for the Dongfeng Vocational School in the city of Zhongshan, Guangdong Province.

Ms. Luo holds a Master of Science in Telecommunication and Information System from Shenzhen University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from Jiangxi Normal College of Science and Technology.
