Ms. Liu is the Section Chief of the Electric Power Supply Division for the Shenzhen Bureau of Trade and Industry (SZBTI) and currently is an exchange trainee at NAROS.  For the past 4 years, Ms. Liu has provided electrical power services to corporate clients and improved investment environment to ensure economic development for the city of Shenzhen.

Prior to SZBTI, Ms. Liu was the manager for Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau and the director for Shenzhen Nan Fang Tong Fa Industry Co. Ltd.  In addition, Ms. Liu has served as an electrical engineer, budgeting specialist and an engineer project supervisor in other related organizations.

Katrina Liu holds a Master of Science at Northeast Electric Power University, with concentration in Electric Power System and Automation.
