Ms. Adina Fan is currently the Senior Manager, Business Development of the Los Angeles based North American Representative Office of Shenzhen, China (NAROS).

With her 16 years of public service experience in Shenzhen government, Ms. Fan is an expert on China's foreign investment policies and government approval practice. She is also very experienced in administrative procedures and providing services for Shenzhen companies to develop global trade and investment activities.

Prior to NAROS, Ms. Fan served in the Shenzhen Bureau of Trade and Industry (SZBTI) as the Deputy Director of the Foreign Cooperation Division and previously as the Deputy Director of Foreign Investment Administrative Division.

Ms. Fan graduated from Wuhan University, where she majored in International Economic Law.
