Mr. Andrew M. Pan is currently the Chief Representative and Managing Director of the Los Angeles based North American Representative Office of Shenzhen, P. R. China (NAROS), who acts as the primary official contact of the city of Shenzhen in North America and oversees the daily operation of NAROS.

With his 12 years professional experience both in China and US, Mr. Pan is an expert on business development consulting, source and outsouring consulting, and China government relation for overseas companies to do business in China, and for China based companies to develop market entry and product launch strategies in US market.

Prior to NAROS, Mr. Pan served as the Deputy Director of Foreign Investment Promotion of Shenzhen Bureau of Trade and Industry, China (SZBTI ) , a branch of MOFCOM in Shenzhen; the Acting Director of Economic Development of Shenzhen Free Trade Zone Administration (SFTZA); and the Senior Manager of Shenzhen Foreign Investment Service Center (SFISC). Mr. Pan, as a key person in the working teams, successfully introduced many multinational corporations and SMEs into Shenzhen. Before he moved to Shenzhen in 1992, Mr. Pan also had some experience as a research staff in Bank of China (BOC), Shanghai Branch.

Mr. Pan received a Master of Economics from Shanghai University of Economics and Finance, and a Bachelor of Economics from University of International Relations, Beijing.
