Gallinat, Jeffrey, was appointed as IIPC’s General Manager in August 1999.

International Information Products (Shenzhen) Company (IIPC) is an IBM holding company in Shenzhen which is the largest manufacturing base of notebook computers and other PCs of IBM worldwide. Under his guidance, IIPC has grown into one of China’s leading enterprises and exporters, growing over 600% in revenue (about $3 billion) in the last 4 years, and becoming one of the 10 largest FIEs in China. By significantly increasing its world-class capabilities and expanding its value-added services, IIPC has become one of the most critical elements of the Integrated Supply Chain for IBM, and has also cemented its position as a leading China-based electronics manufacturing service company.

Prior to joining IIPC, Jeff worked for IBM for seventeen years in the United States, including leadership assignments in operations, engineering, procurement, and planning.

Jeff received a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1982. He also graduated from Harvard Business School’s Program for Management Development in 1992.
