Johnannsen, Murray, is the President of Legacee Corporate Services Inc., a company that helps American & Chinese technology companies grow and sustain competitive advantage. He also consults, coaches and trains on a wide variety of business strategy, marketing and operational issues to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Mr. Johannsen reviewed and critiqued numerous business plans as lead instructor for the Technology Entrepreneurship Program. This 120-hour federally funded program provided the business expertise needed by technology-savvy computer programmers and engineers to write investor quality business plans. He also taught the business strategy, marketing, sales and operational sections of the program. Over the years, he has conducted numerous 60 to 80-hour corporate training programs that have focused in two main areas: management and leadership skills, and quality and process improvement.

As an management instructor, he researched, created and designed the training material, overheads, exercises, quizzes, and tests for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Hsi Lai University, Pepperdine University and the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB).

Mr. Johannsen is a director of the Singapore American Business Association.

Mr. Johannsen holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University and a MBA from The University of Iowa.
